- Client development (new/existing): help on-board, delighting existing, encourage up-selling
- Marketing planning: aligning digital strategies with client business goals, KPIs, sales
- Marketing execution: Key day-to-day contact for accounts, proactive, forward thinking, lead and manage execution of strategies, budgets, campaigns and initiatives for SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Social Media
- Reporting: Weekly and monthly planning, performance and success against client and company objectives
- Training: Keep on top of inbound marketing best practices, thought leadership
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven online marketing experience
- Personable and an excellent communicator
- Worked in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably agency based
- Knowledgeable and skilled in developing and executing dynamic marketing plans, brand management, SEO, email marketing, social media
- Results-driven, detail-oriented with the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Strong self-organisational and time management skills
- Academic qualifications: Marketing degree; Online marketing certification, (preferably Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google certifications)
Remuneration is commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
There is a fixed salary as well as a variable annual bonus of up to 15% linked to agreed performance goals, success and up-sell commission.
