Background

Do you enjoy solving complex business problems? Are you experienced in driving transformational change? If so, we have a rare opportunity for you to join our Operational Excellence team at AXA PPP healthcare as an Operational Excellence Manager to support a large scale transformation project on a fixed term contract up to 12 months.

This is a busy role where you will be part of a dynamic team whose role is to drive transformational and sustainable change across the healthcare business. You will be a natural problem solver who is able to pragmatically use Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma and Change Management to deliver results. You’ll develop and maintain excellent working relationships with senior stakeholders and manage several initiatives at any one time.

If you are someone who is passionate about improving the customer experience, wants to challenge the ways things are done, can see the bigger picture whilst able to delve into the detail and leave no stone unturned, this could be the role for you.

This is a great opportunity to part of an ‘independent’ team that challenges the norm and has exposure to the whole PPP business so offers a huge amount of variety.

The role

As part of the Operational Excellence team, your role will be to shape and drive transformational change across AXA PPP for the benefit of our internal and external customers. You’ll be proactive in seeking out opportunities to improve processes and services and deliver solutions that are both efficient and effective. As part of the role you will promote the philosophy of Operational Excellence and in doing so support the business in building a continuous improvement culture.

This is an exciting time to join AXA PPP and the Operational Excellence team as the company has a focus on innovation and is driving forward many new initiatives. As part of your development in this role you will be a respected leader who promotes collaboration and can build strong relationships to effectively challenge and influence. What We Offer

Important notice: We’ve recently become aware of a recruitment scam in which candidates are asked to be interviewed on Google Hangouts. It is not our policy to conduct interviews via Google Hangouts (we much prefer face-to-face), so if you have been asked to do this, please let the recruitment team know and we’ll do our best to advise you. Likewise, if you’re unsure if the person you’re speaking to is genuinely an AXA recruiter or the job you’re ing for is legitimately from AXA, please get in touch and we can check for you. We cannot be held responsible for any interviews conducted without our knowledge and authorisation. If you’re unsure and would like some advice, feel free to get in touch with our recruitment team.
