Are you a Paid Media digital Marketing specialist who has an emphasis on customer acquisition across different channels? We have an incredible opportunity to join our client as a Paid Media Manager. They are looking to expand their digital presence with the goal of being at the top of their game.

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the management and growth of paid media activities in PPC, shopping, programmatic, affiliates and marketplaces for the company The role will be responsible for managing a multi-million pound budget that is deployed globally, to deliver KPI's of web leads and new customer acquisition.

The role will lead a team to develop, implement and monitor the digital marketing strategy. This candidate must have a solid track record as a leader, partnered with digital agencies, and led successful multi-platform campaigns. Strong analytical, project management and team leadership skills are required to achieve aggressive PPC targets. The role requires a strategic thinker who is used to working towards performance-based optimisation.

Job Skills and Experience:

  • Responsible for the digital paid strategy across the Company
  • Strategic development of Paid Media campaign and activities in line with commercial needs.
  • Accountable for developing and managing all aspects of a paid search campaign including planning, executing, reporting and tracking activities across multiple search engines.
  • Experience in acquisition through Google, Bing, FB, LinkedIn and other social sources.
  • Provide reports on keywords, trends, questions and general search-related queries. Identify new opportunities, campaign improvements and more.
  • Use AdWords and Analytics to analyse website traffic, ads, conversions and optimal performance.
  • Responsible for engaging with commercial leaders across the business to understand performance and ROI.
  • The role will be responsible for the creation, monitoring and reporting of campaign performance, via traffic, sales and conversion.
  • Keep pace with search engine and paid industry trends and developments.
