My national client are looking for a Paid Search Marketing Executive (PPC) to join their digital marketing team in Newcastle upon Tyne. They are interested in candidates who have experience managing PPC campaigns and paid search. Also, a strong understanding of Google AdWords and SQR Analysis.

Description

The Paid Search Marketing Executive (PPC) will be responsible for the following:

  • Deliver to plan and implement detailed, targeted, automated, high-performing paid search campaigns across Google AdWords accounts for each site in the region.
  • Manage PPC Performance - set up / automation.
  • Audience targeting and understanding user journeys.
  • Assisting with the expansion into other marketing channels.
  • Work closely with Google and our region's marketing colleagues to deliver relevant, targeted PPC campaigns to improve the ROI.
  • Creation of paid landing pages using Unbounce, and CRO on the landing pages to define the best performing page.
  • Hold weekly reviews with the Marketing Manager to discuss & review the effectiveness.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure PPC spend properly accrued for & POs raised in timely manner.
  • Monitor, analyse & provide detailed reports on all PPC activities & conversion data.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Marketing Manager, keeping them up to date on the progress and success of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the other members of the digital marketing and the Marketing Manager.

Profile

The successful Paid Search Marketing Executive (PPC) will have the following demonstrable skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Experience within a B2B marketing is desirable
  • Google AdWords Certified would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a PPC and SEO focused role
  • Experience in complex paid search
  • Familiarity with cutting edge paid search features and strategies and an ability to articulate these to management
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to analyse large sets of data and interpret these with key insights
  • Comfortable using Google Tag Manager for tagging & conversion tracking
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and setting up conversion tracking to support Paid campaigns
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Able to multi-task with strong time management & organisational skills
  • Within commuting distance of the office in Newcastle
