We are looking for an HR
Admin Team Leader to cover a 12-month period of maternity leave who can jump
right in and manager and develop the current HR Admin team. As a team you will deliver a
core HR administration and co-ordination service to line managers to support
the organisations and their employees through the employee lifecycle.

Your
day to day activities will include -

*

Manage a
professional and effective HR service covering all HR administrative services.

*

Deliver a
professional, effective and legally compliant HR service covering the whole
employee life cycle.

*

Actively
manage the pre-employment checking process to ensure that checks are compliant
with our legal obligations, policies and client agreements. This includes
supporting client audits.

*

Act as Data
Protection Officer and Data Owner for all data held by the HR Services team.

*

Manage the
HR Services function to ensure that all HR, IT and regulatory requirements are
met for new and existing employees in a timely and accurate manner.

*

Actively
manage the HR Services Team to build on HR Service Delivery ambitions to ensure
efficient, accurate, and timely customer focused support.

*

Act as an
ambassador of HR processes and MI reporting in line with the new system.

*

Supporting
the team and the business through the implementation of self-service HR.

*

Work closely
with HRBPs and the HR Management team on HR Projects through the year,
including the annual salary review process.

*

Be
responsible and accountable for business requirements as a Tier 2 visa sponsor,
regularly auditing visa’s held in line with the Home Office guidelines.

*

Liaise
closely with the Compensation and Benefits Team to ensure that all aspects of
the employee lifecycle are supported by accurate data collation and processing
to ensure that errors are minimised, and costs controlled.

*

Work with
Resourcing and Learning & Development where the team can support employees
to ensure that they have a seamless on boarding experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will
be able to demonstrate the following skill and experience –

*

Part or Full CIPD Qualified
*

Significant experience of generalist HR role
including sound knowledge of HR Administration responsibilities within an HR
Service/customer centric environment

*

Easily builds rapport
and trust in stakeholder relationships

*

Excellent standard of
verbal and written communication skill

*

Effective communication
skills to work effectively with managers and employees

*

Ability to manage
multiple tasks, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met to a high standard
within a fast-paced environment

*

Line Management
experience
