Part Time Marketing Manager Required (25 to 30 hours per week)

CCT Venues is a successful, independent company with training and conference venues in the City and Canary Wharf. We offer the opportunity to work for an organisation passionate about service quality, where professionalism and team work are a strong focus.

We are currently looking for a highly-motivated and tenacious individual to join our small and dynamic marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing an online acquisition and demand generation strategy. As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for monitoring, optimising and analysing performance across multiple marketing channels and managing the digital marketing strategy for CCT Venues, with the objectives of driving traffic to the website, raising the company profile and brand image and increasing revenue.

You will have at least 4 years previous experience working in multi-functional marketing roles as well as experience of working within a commercial environment. You will be a confident and efficient team player with highly tuned organisational ability and a flexible approach to your work. The successful postholder will have good all-round marketing experience including the production of communication/promotional materials, the development of online marketing tools, management of events and development of systems and processes to capture data and ensure quality standards are met.

The post holder will ideally have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent along with strong English language and writing skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint. You will also have a good eye for design, the ability to create and critique good copy, be able to manage an assistant and freelance creatives and suppliers, as well as being skilled at project management. Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Web Trends etc. and a data driven approach to marketing.

Remuneration and benefits:

        Salary from £36,000 - £40,000 pro rata (dependent on previous skills and experience)

        Three times salary Term Assurance

        22 days annual leave (pro rata), rising annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days. A discretionary extra 3 days for Christmas closure, usually awarded, plus Bank Holidays.


This role is required for 5 or 6 hours per day, excluding minimum 30 minute unpaid break, worked Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 6.30pm.  Occasional flexibility will be required to meet client requirements.
