An excellent part-time opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading international legal practice.
The role is a job share, three days a week Monday to Wednesday, with a cross-over day on the Wednesday when both members of the job share will work. The Project Manager role will be a central and pivotal one within the London and Global Corporate Business Development team leading on a number of high-profile projects and campaigns, specifically building the firm's relationship with corporate clients in the UK and across the firm. The role holder will work closely with the Global Head of Corporate BD and will be a key member of the London team, ensuring high-quality and efficient execution of strategic BD plans. As part of the firm's Global Corporate strategy to increase partner focus on strategic and senior level CRM, you will have overall responsibility for delivering the firm's programme of events and relationship touch points aimed at GCs, company secretaries and in-house legal teams at UK as well as international corporates. Other duties will include leading the firm's boardroom targeting programme in the UK; overseeing the client communications process with UK based and multinational corporate clients; overseeing the CRM system for the London Corporate practice; playing a lead role in practice projects and development of key pieces of thought leadership, both internally and externally; and BD budget management responsibility.
The successful candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent with strong previous relevant marketing experience, to include a proven track record of achieving strategic business objectives, gained in a professional services organisation or sector where the individual frequently worked with senior management. The Project Manager will also possess outstanding communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, be politically astute and enjoy working to deadlines, juggling multiple projects and delivering under pressure.
