Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to support our EMEA Partner marketing team. This role will have two main areas of focus within the EMEA Partner marketing team. The role will support our EMEA Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner Marketing team as well as our EMEA Scale partner marketing initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast growing business. The ideal candidate will have creative marketing ideas to combine with extensive analytic and data-driven customer demand generation experience. Ability to effectively communicate with some of the most agile technology companies in the industry, including both technical and non-technical audiences is critical. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
· Being the point person for all GSI led events across EMEA.
· Creating and managing a GSI events schedule for EMEA
· Sourcing, coordinating and briefing AWS presenters and support staff
· Suggesting innovative ideas to amplify and elevate AWS’ presence
· Managing budget, funding requests and contracts
· Help drive and capture lead and opportunity reporting for GSI and Scale Programs
· Partnering with AWS Event and Field Marketing teams on incorporating AWS messaging within partner events.
· Driving EMEA-wide partner marketing programs and working closely with digital partner marketing
· Partnering with AWS Field marketing and field partner sales to promote and deliver repeatable campaigns that drive AWS awareness, generate demand or help accelerate opportunities in their market
· Expanding the AWS footprint within the partner’s executive briefing- and other centres, by pro-actively seeking new opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of experience in partner marketing, events marketing, or digital programs. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.
· Demonstrated success in marketing execution, writing and communication, digital campaign marketing, event management and lead management.
· Experience of operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed global organization.
· Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
· Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and deliver on time.
· Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
· Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred, such as SalesForce.com and Marketo.
· Fluency in English. Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
