This is a super rewards and loyalty company based in Central London (West End) who are looking for a project manager / partner manager. You will be working within the business operations team. You will be responsible for working with various clients within the business - ensuring that their relationship is well maintained and all client operations are managed accordingly both from a technical perspective but also from a client marketing perspective. The successful candidate will come to the table from a client services, project management, service management background - ideally within the world of loyalty / memberships etc. but not necessarily from a client agency background, You will understand how to deal with some technical issues but you don't have to be an IT expert!
