The Partner Engagement team manages risk relationships with
external IT partners for both AXA PPP Healthcare and AXA Insurance. As a Partner
Services Analyst, your main priority is ensuring the relevant AXA UK Group
Procurement and Group Policies are followed, whilst providing support to the
senior Partner Engagement Team Members.
What you will be doing
* Manage tactical low to
medium risk partners to ensure IT stakeholders are receiving the required level
* Prepare contracts and
Statements of Work (SOWs) for smaller partners and support Lead Engagement
Managers with preparation of contracts for larger negotiation activity
* Track and monitor
compliance against GORP (AXA UK Group Outsourcing & Third Party Risk
* Ensure that Penetration
Testing requirements across the OpCo’s are understood and relevant SOWs drawn
* Track and monitor
* Govern and track
departmental recruitment, ensuring adherence with the recruitment policy
* Regular reporting is
produced and updated in a timely manner
* Provide support for the
Lead Engagement Managers on an ad hoc basis in managing strategic partner
* Support continuous
improvement activities across the team and challenge the Lead Engagement
Managers on process or delivery
* Provide coaching and
mentoring support to other team members as required.

* Experience of producing
timely and accurate MI for senior stakeholders
* Experience of
coaching/mentoring more junior members of a team
* Ability to work
* Understanding of licence
management and compliance
* Has some knowledge of
contract law and a basic understanding of contract types
