The Role: Our client are looking to recruit a Part-Time Partnerships Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for developing and cultivating productive partnerships with our Stakeholders - industry renowned organisations, charities and experts who play significant roles within Dermatology and the medical arena.

You will identify opportunities for new partnerships and act as point of contact for our existing partners and stakeholders. Attending events and staying up to date with industry knowledge and changes, you will be effective at understanding our market and the key individuals and organisations within our field.

There are plenty of opportunities to progress and diversify, and full product and market training will be given to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Stakeholder and partner management
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationship management and development
  • Brand management
  • Event management - both attendee at leading industry events and managing ROI or sponsorship of others
  • PR / comms management -relationships with magazine and press. Ensuring positive coverage and associated KOL articles reach as large an audience as possible
  • Working with sales and marketing team to manage product positioning, pricing and customer engagement
  • Leading the competitor analysis within the business

The Company: Our client is a progressive organisation continuing to enjoy healthy growth thanks to a great product portfolio and a real focus on customer service. They supply a variety of dermatology products including premium quality dermatoscopes, lasers and punchers used by dermatologists for treating melanomas and similar as well as a variety of aesthetics products used in cosmetic procedures.


The Person:

  • Significant experience and a proven track record of working at a similar level within a partnership / relationship management environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and persuading skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Completing this role across 2-2 ½ days per week, the ability to demonstrate flexibility, multi-task and respond to enquiries promptly is imperative
  • A high level of communication - written and oral

Desired requirements

Experience working as a Marketing Manager / Director within a relevant industry - healthcare, medical devices and/or Dermatology

Location: Home based with travel to the office in Watford approximately once or twice a fortnight or as required.
