Then this could be an exceptional opportunity for you!

The rapidly growing Digital Insurance groups looking for a Senior Digital Marketer with broad digital/performance marketing experience to join their growing Marketing team. This role will lead the digital marketing team and build the digital marketing strategy from scratch.

They are looking for a tenacious Digital Marketing Manager who is looking for a challenging role to join the team and lead the Digital Marketing activities. This role will focus on the strategic delivery of performance marketing with a strong focus on PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display. You will be responsible for the entire lead generation strategy focusing on quick wins and then building a long-term strategy to drive measurable growth. This role will manage a team of 4 covering: PPC, Paid Social, Display & SEO.

As the companies digital lead you will work closely with the CMO to shape and deliver the digital strategy to increase leads and drive traffic. This role requires an analytical thinker keen on monitoring ROI, who can bring ideas and have the drive to see both large and small projects through to fruition. The business builds insurance business through partnership by facilitating investment into insured product distribution businesses by our wider group; arranging and maintaining underwriting facilities for their respective insurance products and providing strategic input and other business administrative services as required. Their focus is to add value to second stage businesses with consumer-focused products, primarily sold through direct channels. Although small, they consult to one of the largest pet insurers in the UK, ancillary motor product underwriters in the UK and 2nd largest home improvement warranty underwriter in the UK amongst many others.

The role will be based in their Liverpool Street offices and be responsible for:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior management teams (in particular marketing leads) at over ten business partners to be in a position to consult on and guide strategic marketing initiatives.
  • These initiatives will vary widely and could include re-branding, product launches, retention projects, marketing automation, CRM systems, internal culture development, annual marketing strategies, budget setting, digital marketing approach and many more. However, as a business that predominantly works with B2C companies, guidance on digital marketing initiatives is key - particularly where there is no dedicated resource.
  • Assist less mature businesses with setting up basic marketing fundamentals such as brand positioning, marketing collateral, established processes, supplier relationships, SEO etc. with the aim of these becoming self - servicing.
  • Identify opportunities to stretch and inspire marketing thinking and approaches through regular update of a repository and communication such as a 'go-to' list of suppliers, best in class examples, latest marketing developments, learning and networking opportunities etc.
  • Use initiative to expand the marketing role into areas aligned with Correlation's business strategy.
  • Act as custodian of our brand identity and maintain all digital assets (website, presentations etc.) ensuring clear, fit for purpose and consistent corporate communication across channels.
  • Drive co-ordination and collaboration across the partner businesses:
    • Bi-monthly newsletter
    • Webinar 'quick learn' sessions with experts
    • Cross-pollination of ideas / processes / learnings etc. (not limited to marketing)
  • Manage all external marketing supplier relationships and create preferred partner / group buying opportunities where relevant.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to Digital Marketing, be a team player and really want to forge a career in a career in Digital/Online Marketing.
