From the success of our eCommerce team and increased traffic across numerous market places we are now ready to bring all our digital marketing functions in-house. This means our Performance Marketing Manager will have full control to drive traffic from our active global channels and work with a growing eCommerce team.

You will be joining an established but growing team based from the heart of Oxfordshire. Your manager, Head of eCommerce is a fantastic and dynamic leader, that would totally value your capability and digital expertise.
 
This opportunity is not based with a large corporate brand but a privately owned business that has organically established and matured it's digital footprint. In fact, the team is responsible for 80% of the company's turnover.
 
As a naturally analytical and data driven PPC expert you will be at the pulse of the digital strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance Marketing Manager - B2C - UK, North America, Europe & Asia
 
Our Performance Marketing Manager will need to demonstrate the following skills and have gained previous experience in most, if not all, of the following areas:
· Be able to implement and manage day to day Paid and Organic strategies across; Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon and Amazon DSP.  
· Competent when using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
· Have previous experience of an online advertising spend of £250k plus!
· Capabilities of monitoring performance based conversions; ACoS, RoAS, CPA and sales.
· Also, desirable but not essential, language skills in one of the following; Mandarin, French or German.
