The company is on a mission to become the absolute, clear leaders in their field in terms of digital capability, user experience and are investing in improving their customer journey. You'll be key in this through planning, analysing, optimising and ultimately executing on highly specific Paid Search campaigns. You'll be supported by a PPC Manager, another new role so you'll have a sounding board and an experienced leader to bounce ideas off.

Budgets are c. £250,000 per month and you'll analyse the current bidding strategy, using data to drive your decision making in what is a highly competitive keyword market. You'll take this competition in your stride and utilise the resources at your disposal to drive acquisition across Paid Search. You'll be joining a market leader, there are plenty of companies out there vying for the title so you'll be encouraged to bring innovation to this position and stay ahead of the game.

Ideally, you'll have a couple of years PPC experience and understand how to run daily accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo and Bing. You'll also need to have a good knowledge of Google Analytics and have run A/B testing.

In return, you can expect a competitive package and a development route that doesn't require the typical demands of long hours and multiple clients in an agency environment. You'll be on the other side of the fence, working with a top Leeds digital agency to help you deliver on the objectives.
