This award winning digital marketing agency based East of London is looking for a paid media specialist to join their rapidly expanding team. They're looking for someone who is as ambitious about their own development as they are about their growth. You will be organised and process driven with agency experience working across multiple channels and campaigns (including paid search and paid social).

The role includes:
- Developing paid strategies for the agency and their key accounts
- Planning integrated campaigns on paid search, display and paid social
- Implementing and Managing paid campaigns
- Testing and continuous improvement of campaigns
- Reporting, analysis and recommendations
- Briefing and collaborating with designers, clients and content creators to support campaigns

To need to demonstrate:
- A key understanding of how to develop effective multi-channel campaigns
- Success across a wide range of clients and industries
- Data driven decision making
- A relentless drive for process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and communication skills
