This well-known luxury fashion retailer is looking to appoint a PPC Manager/ Paid Search Manager with experience managing PPC campaigns as well as managing a small team to their business. This role will lead Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns for the brand which will include everything from planning to deployment.

They are looking for a tenacious Paid Search Manager who is looking for a challenging role. They are in an incredibly competitive space so the team has to be incredibly agile and be constantly outmaneuvering their competition. This role will focus on the delivery of performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on PPC and Paid Social (managed by a team member). This role won't just be focused on their UK operations but across all of their markets across UK, Europe & the US. You will need great communication and relationship building skills as you will be working with multiple internal teams.

As a valued member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to shape and deliver the Performance Marketing strategy to increase good quality traffic and generate additional sales. This role requires an analytical thinker keen on monitoring ROI, who can bring ideas and have the drive to see both large and small projects through to fruition.

The company is a well-established luxury retailer who have grown and become an established band within the global fashion scene often described as one of the "brands" in Fashion. As part of the digital team, you will champion the value of Digital work with stakeholders enable growth across the business.

The role will be based in London (Liverpool Street) offices and be responsible for:

  • Managing budgets and targets for all PPC, Shopping, GDN and YouTube channels
  • Devising long term and short term paid strategies across channels and audience segments.
  • Budgeting and forecasting performance based on ROI and CPO targets
  • Ownership of reporting and analysis for PPC against set KPIs ensuring performance is communicated to all stakeholders
  • Manage and develop one direct report
  • Plan and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns; PPC, Shopping, GDN and YouTube
  • Manage existing feeds and ensure feed-based campaigns are run error free and optimised
  • Ownership of key projects; audience segmented campaigns, attribution and measurement in GA360
  • Scope, build and implement new campaigns based on data and insight
  • Optimise current campaigns with a focus on generic search and shopping
  • Adopt a test and learn approach and flow through each of the channels
  • Confident with tracking and tagging campaigns, experience with GTM is preferred
  • Analyse campaigns outside of last click attribution and explain to senior leadership
  • Reduce reliance on brand campaigns driving budget efficiencies and optimising to incremental ROI
  • Implement new technologies and solutions to drive performance.
  • Ability to project manage and meet deadlines

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to Performance Marketing, be a team player and really want to forge a career in a career in Digital/Online Marketing.

The PPC Manager role requires the following experience:

  • Confident with data and interpreting trends and analysis in a digestible format
  • Ability to create reports in DataStudio and thoroughly explain insights
  • Hands on experience setting up, running and optimising generic search and shopping campaigns
  • Experience with AdWords scripts, APIs or Search Ads 360 API is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of PPC platforms - preferably AdWords, SA360 and Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics expert
  • Can confidently understand tagging problems and execute solutions
  • Demonstrable experience of working autonomously on PPC campaigns
  • Experience of lookalike, search retargeting, demographic targeting and how to leverage them to achieve business goals (CPA/ROI).
  • Proficient in DoubleClick tools - DCM set up and trafficking experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and research abilities with demonstrated experience of using results to inform strategic direction and approach.
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering against multiple KPIs
  • Demonstrable understanding of the wider Digital Marketing landscape (Affiliate, Social and Programmatic channels).
  • Management experience.
  • Experience in retail / ecom preferable.
