The Creative Experiences (Creative X) team redefines creativity by delivering integrated marketing creative for Facebook. Our goals align with the broader Facebook company mission of community and bringing people closer together. We create experiences that help people discover, understand, and fall in love with Facebook's products and programs.

Our teams of Creative, Program Management, and Production challenge industry norms and drive big, bold brand thinking while also being responsive to product culture and needs. Our focus is outbound creative experiences including mobile-first on-platform content, Digital apps and websites, product launches, brand identities, TV, Print, OOH, Radio and Global Events. All outbound consumer-facing creative and global events work is creatively developed and/or managed by the Creative X team. This ensures a consistent and strong creative narrative for work that reaches an audience of over 2.5 billion people. We scale with the support of external production partners and vendors, and take cues from our Facebook culture of moving fast, being bold, and iterating.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Architect multiple productions across different strategic initiatives, teams and platforms.

*

Work with creative teams to select and onboard the right external agency and production partners to up-level creative work.

*

Drive multifaceted, integrated campaign timelines for internal teams and external partners"

*

Create RFPs for creative agencies and bid production companies, pitches, treatments, budgets, project schedules and distribution plans.

*

Expand network of creative partners in EMEA and in LATAM and APAC as needed.

*

Source contractors in EMEA, LATAM and APAC for specific projects.

*

Negotiate and manage project statements of work, budget estimates, talent contracts. Work with Business Affairs to ensure projects are compliant with industry standards and Facebook policies.

*

Grow and manage external partner relationships (illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, creative agencies etc.)

*

Manage all stages of campaign production largely via creative agencies and often through production partners (includes brief, shoot, edit, animation, casting, post production, wireframes, website builds, etc.).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

*

Minimum Qualifications *

*

10+ years of experience as a producer at a creative agency or in-house team

*

Proven relationships across a network of vendor and agency across Europe, Asia and Latin America.

*

Experience managing teams of direct reports.

*

Experience running large, complex international projects with multiple stakeholders

*

Experience working directly with Marketing teams and understanding client objectives.

*

Experience with Business Affairs and legal aspects of production. Deep understanding of contractual agreements and talent negotiations.

*

Ability to manage projects across disciplines. Knowledge of live action video, digital, animation, print and social media formats.

*

Able to build strong working relationships with core and cross-functional teams.

*

Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, ambiguous and changing environment

*

Experience with time management, task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutions

*

Organizational task and budget management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

*

Additionally, experience working in multiple international markets across different languages and cultures would also be beneficial.
