Looking further into the future, we explore how DCC can leverage our scale, geographic coverage, secure platform and our team’s expertise and processes to foster new services and innovation and reduce unit costs for our customers, the energy industry and ultimately consumers.

We are looking for candidates wanting that next step in their career, you will ideally have a background in the utilities, telecoms or IT sectors - this is such an exciting opportunity for you to grow and develop in your career, in an area so unique and forward thinking

Role:

As part of the Strategy and Product Management team, the Product Development Analyst

*

Assist with the qualification, management and progression of new development and innovation initiatives through initial phases including development of business cases

*

Provide support to early stage business development and proposition identification by:

*

Developing a clear picture of the trends and factors relevant to DCCs development within the energy industry and beyond

*

Helping to build and maintain the team’s business and stakeholder relationships both externally and internally within DCC.

*

Support completion of DCCs reporting requirements such as the five-year Development Plan.

Your experience will include:

*

Product experience within the telecoms, IT or utilities sector

*

Ability to conduct high quality market research across a broad set of varied and complex topics. Ability to synthesize and communicate outputs clearly and effectively.

*

Ability to manage projects independently from beginning to end – strong organisational and time management skills.

*

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to build relationships across the business and externally
