    The Role: As a Product Group Manager you will be marketing the company's fertility drugs, which are vital to the success of IVF treatments. Customers will include private fertility clinics as well as NHS hospitals. You will champion marketing, promotional and educational campaigns, liaising with fertility Nurses, Consultant Gynaecologists and Scientists to add value and achieve profitable business growth within a specialised market

    Responsibilities for the position of Product Group Manager include:

    • Develop and improve promotional and training materials for both internal and external marketing, brand activities and messaging
    • Participate in development of product strategy and marketing plans for assigned products
    • Establish and maintain positive KOL relationships with cooperative lines of communication and collaborative working
    • Develop and implement a structured marketing program and series of events
    • Providing effective project management, within budget
    • Analysis and monitoring of the market, product performance and competitor data


    Requirements of the role include:

    • 5 years+ experience in pharmaceutical product management is essential
    • Previous sales experience is preferred
    • Experience working in a niche therapy area is preferred
    • Degree educated, preferably in science/pharma/business or marketing
    • Experience of delivering national promotional campaigns
    • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
    • A desire to achieve success in a competitive market
    • Proven communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external individuals
    • Analytical mind with a systematic approach to campaign planning and problem-solving
    • Intellectually agile, good analytical skills & strategic thinking ability
