Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + excellent benefits

Our client has recently seen considerable investment in their infrastructure, commercial propositions and innovation teams. Continuing their expansion into international markets, they have a requirement for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their Trade Finance and Forex product range.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial services product lead and have experience running major programmes of work focused on implementing cutting edge corporate products. This role offers the right candidate an exciting opportunity to shape, implement and own product development that transforms business models and customer experiences.

In this role you will work proactively with the Sales, Operations, Finance, Insight, Risk, IT and Marketing teams to roll out market leading products to international markets. You will:

  • Drive key products and business model innovation initiatives;
  • Own product development from initiation through execution;
  • Ensure innovative UX design to bring products to life;
  • Ensure coordination across multiple internal and external teams;
  • Challenge and define product development strategy with senior leadership

This is an exciting role for an ambitious, customer focused product expert who can bring everyone along with them to drive transformational growth.
