This role is responsible for enabling the storage, monitoring and management of MoneySupermarket users’ bills, helping them to achieve “Money Calm”.
As Product Manager for the “Bill Manager” proposition, the role will support both the delivery of user products on the web and provide a platform that can be utilised by other MoneySupermarket product teams and third parties. Examples of current bill management capabilities are energy price monitoring, energy switch tracking and car MOT reminders.
What will your daily life look like?
Create and evolve a bill monitoring and management strategy in partnership with the Head of Product, Engagement.
Deliver, maintain and own a platform to power standalone and integrated monitoring solutions across MoneySupermarket propositions.
Collaborate with Product, Technology and Marketing teams, among others, to deliver a fantastic experience for new and returning users.
Work closely with Data and CRM teams to ensure effective communication mechanisms are implemented, enabling users to better manage their finances.
Drive the timely delivery of new functionality and negotiate the dependencies that will result from cross-company teams collaborating.
Co-create a positive environment, an inspiring culture and efficient ways-of-working across the teams supporting the delivery of “Bill Manager”.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the uptake of monitoring features.
What do we need from you?
Extensive experience within Product Management, with a proven background in agile product engineering teams.
Demonstrable record of delivering engaging, customer-focused products and/or services.
Familiar working closely with a development team and a strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from concept to analysis.
Personable, but with the credibility and personality to influence others.
Thoughtful and opinionated, but not afraid to be wrong or change their mind.
Excellent communicator and problem-solver, along with being comfortable with data and analysis, including a/b testing.
Proactive stakeholder manager, skilled at positive engagement with a broad range of interested parties across MoneySupermarket.
