Facebook seeks an experienced Product Marketing leader who is passionate about the role that communication and collaboration technologies can play in improving the effectiveness of people in the workplace. The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated experience in leading analysis to influence the product roadmap and bring new products/features to market, as well as an appetite to manager and develop a team of product marketing managers. For this role, you must have a strong bias for action, have a track record of strong cross-functional leadership, and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills. Past experience with collaboration software, software-as-a-service and/or enterprise productivity or social products is preferred. This is a full time position based in our London, UK location. RESPONSIBILITIES * Build, coach and lead a small team of high-performing product marketing managers * In collaboration with product managers, drive product strategies based upon research, quantitative analysis, and a strategic view of organic growth approaches in Enterprise SaaS. * Partner with sales, marketing, PR, and other cross-functional teams on GTM programs * Conduct structured analyses to identify market opportunities and create a data-driven product and growth strategy that is aligned with Workplace's long-term strategy
