We are seeking a dynamic, driven product marketer to join our Mobile team to focus on building and executing our incentives strategy for EU5. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly and persuasively.
This person is able to drive focus and excellence within the programs they own, with their colleagues in marketing and product management, and with colleagues across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Drive incentives strategy and execution in order to reach customer acquisition and engagement yearly goals
· Streamline and help automate the process of creating and launching promotions within EU Mobile and Engagement
· Implement App Store Optimization strategies to drive more mShop App sign-ins
· Report and monitor campaigns performance. Identification of issues by looking at multiple data points/sources.
· Test and derive insights from using different creatives in offsite campaigns
· Develop cross channel strategies to amplify the reach and efficiency of our onsite campaigns
· Partner cross functionally to drive innovative marketing programs that are demonstrably impactful to the business, that drive device sales, develops the category, usage and satisfaction

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Will have experience in collaborating in global cross- functional teams, running international campaigns, managing both B2B and B2C projects.
· Demonstrable experience in developing user acquisition strategy.
· Proven track record in automating systems.
· Demonstrable experience of working with engineering teams.
· Must show evidence of using data to inform decisions.
· Must have a demonstrable track record of delivering results.
· Excellent English language skills
· Able to generate ideas and solve problems independently and consistent with Amazon’s core principles.
· Experience of working within technical aspects of digital marketing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Must show evidence of using data to inform decisions · Must have a demonstrable track record of delivering results · Must demonstrate fluency in English language both written and verbal
