Facebook seeks a critical thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for technology and the evolving advertising ecosystem to join our Product Marketing team. In this role you'll join the Creative Solutions team, a product team focused on building products that address the needs of those creating ads and the creative assets included in them. This team has grown rapidly over the last year and is at an exciting time of building and launching critical products in market.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key market needs and opportunities, influencing the team's product roadmap. You will work closely with research, product management, engineering, data science and marketing science. You will also be responsible for naming and positioning the products we take to market, working closely with our growth teams. Cross functional leadership and collaboration will be core to your success.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical (business case development & opportunity sizing) skills, will thrive in cross-functional environments and will excel at problem solving.

Lead market assessment to identify new product opportunities and represent voice of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis
Complete market segmentation and sizing of opportunities for prioritization
Test and launch new products in market and lead comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy and product documentation
Partner with growth teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan to support product launches and scaled adoption
Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate improvements
Partner effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales and other key teams
BA/BS degree required - MBA/MA advantageous
5+ years professional experience in technology or internet technology, digital marketing, product management, strategy consulting
Passion for digital advertising and specific interest in creative quality and campaign creation
Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, complex environment and executing large-scale projects
A demonstrable understanding for mobile monetization and ad technology
Analytical, data driven decision-maker with the ability to think through and plan around complex issues
Highly self-motivated leader that can work in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills required
