Facebook is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as Product Marketing Manager for our emerging business and monetisation products, particularly Messenger and WhatsApp in EMEA. If you are a leader who has demonstrated experience in business and product marketing strategy and execution, has an empathy for both consumers and businesses, has a strong bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, and wants to unlock the potential of the Facebook family of apps and services to serve millions of businesses, we would be excited to hear from you. In this role, you will be expected to identify key market requirements/opportunities, manage our go-to-market plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring great solutions to businesses and the community. You will do this in close partnership with several other functions, including Global and Regional Product Marketing, EMEA Sales and Partnerships, Marketing, and other teams. This is a full-time position based in London, with travel requirements to other parts of EMEA and to Menlo Park, California. RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with cross functional teams to drive product understanding, adoption, and growth with advertising customers and partners. * Drive go-to-market strategy and execution – Build the launch strategy and lead a cross-functional team to see it through to execution, test and launch new products in market through alphas/betas, and drive scaled adoption. * Drive inbound product marketing - Be the voice of the market through industry research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis, and structured qualitative feedback from businesses through direct engagement. * Work with Marketing Communications team to ensure product materials are customised for regional use and marketing channels are leveraged. * Partner closely with Sales Training to lead, design and participate in training programs to further product knowledge within Sales. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * BA/BS degree or other relevant advanced degree * 8+ years professional experience in technology and product marketing. Experience with enterprise, SaaS, messaging or payments products a must. Start up experience a plus. * Demonstrated product marketing expertise and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels * Leadership experience to work in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. * Analytical, data driven decision-maker. * Strong customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity * Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply.
