Product Owner - Digital Capability

Why this role matters

Enterprise Digital will own, drive and maintain a broad estate moving forward across a 3 core customer groupings and in order for the team to support these efficiently, we’ll need to sure that we’re using a common set of platforms and tools across them all.

You will be responsible for the day to day running, optimisation and roadmap development of capabilities across the digital team. You’ll gather requirements from across all product managers for core platforms (such as Adobe Experience Manager, SessionCam, NPS measurement), shape them and prioritise them to ensure one prioritises backlog exists for development teams to work through.

What you'll be doing

You will be defining the prioritisation and roadmap for common assets and tools across all customer verticals including:

* CMS Components and design system

* Marketing Campaign

* Digital Measurement tooling including analytics, site improvement and session recording

* NPS measurement tools

* LiveChat tools

* A/B testing tools

* Works closely with digital product owners to identify common opportunities and roadmaps

You will define requirements and provides digital product expertise for cross digital programmes. You will work with Digital Delivery, CX and developers to define go to market, trialling and release strategies for new digital products and features. The digital product owner will act as a go to for external stakeholders for digital, protecting and funnelling demand into the team

* Experience with analyzing and communicating market characteristics and needs

* Expertise with defining / support product strategy

* Experience supporting business and product plans

* Proven experience in developing and implementing product programs / releases

* Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a highly complex matrix environment

* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others at all levels of the organisation

* Demonstrated change management experience, helping an organisation understand and adopt new ideas and new ways of operating, including innovation and speed to market

* Collaborate effectively within a large dynamic organisation, across multiple stakeholders
