-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Understanding of user journeys across multi-platform commercial content campaigns
- The proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects at once.
-Resourceful – able to work alone and as part of a team.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Great at problem solving and providing unique solutions to both clients and content teams.
-Conscientious - a willingness to work hard and go beyond the call of duty, with a can do attitude.
-A true team-player with a sense of fun and loads of enthusiasm.
-Competent using Word & Excel.
-Experience in a similar project management or customer service related role.
-Previous media experience working with either agencies or clients.
