Facebook is seeking an experienced program manager to join our Global Agency Trading team which manages Facebooks partnership programmes with our global media agencies. You will partner closely with both in market and centrally based sales teams, key FB leadership teams, as well as other cross functional groups such as Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Finance, Legal and Compliance to drive our global trading programs on every operational dimension. Key focus of the role is to drive the execution of our global trading programs with a focus on designing, implementing and monitoring of all day to day operational activities within the team.

Program management activities involve continuous and ongoing stakeholder engagement, KPI management, continuous improvement, design and implementation of scalable and efficient processes, developing roadmap, executing to roadmap and providing critical inputs to process automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Own the roll out and ongoing management of facebooks partnership programs with media agencies on a day to day basis

*

specific focus on owning & delivering with internal teams in global context

*

Partner with local, regional and global sales and other XFN partners to take our partnership initiatives to market and drive ongoing programme success

*

Provide ongoing readouts on program performance and support market deal proposals with efficient processes to support successful partnership frameworks

*

Develop and manage activation strategy to drive effective and efficient scaling across multiple territories and regions. Take program design and implement rigorous and clear go to market strategies

*

Identify opportunities that can streamline the programme design and deal structuring process and improve efficiency and return of the programme.

*

Own business performance analysis capabilities that drive deep understanding of the performance drivers and demonstrate programme ROI and effectiveness.

*

Conduct complex analytical projects using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive programme development and decision making

As well having a proven track record in the design and project management of complex strategic partnership programmes, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong team working and influencing skills, as this is a highly XFN-centric role.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

*

BA/BSc required in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field)

*

8+ years of work experience required in Strategy consulting, Sales Operations, Program Management, Sales Finance and/or 6+ years with MBA/Master's degree (pref. Business Management)

*

Advanced program management skills (preferably proven experience in managing project plans and trading deals in a technology or internet company)

*

Advanced excel skills

*

Experience working with cross functional teams including product, sales, measurement, finance, legal, and business operations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s / MBA from top institutions

*

Operational Excellence/Six Sigma Background

*

Creative thinker with strong strategic problem-solving skills

*

Articulate, adaptable and assertive communicator and leader

*

Strong team working and influencing skills.

*

Consultative and quantitative/analytical skills. Ability to convince and influence senior leaders through data and analysis in a clear, compelling and concise manner

*

Proven experience in the media or technology industries (specifically digital media) is preferable.

*

Experience managing virtual / remote project teams
