Programmatic Manager – Video Games – London - £40K - £50K

Do you love Video Games just as much as you love programmatic media?

Are you as skilled at playing RPG Games as you are at navigating around platforms like DV360 and Mediamath?

You will be joining one of the largest agency networks in the world with a trophy cabinet bigger than most people’s houses and a client roster jam packed with some of the worlds most loved brands. Leading programmatic media for one of their largest client accounts in the video gaming sphere for the North American, LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions.

The client account team you’ll be joining has been with the agency since 2011 and last year made them their global agency. Since then the agency has successfully launched major gaming franchise campaigns using cross-channel approaches through linear and digital livestreams, social takeovers, and innovative custom integrations.

You’ll Lead your team in the day to day delivery of campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across your key account. Taking responsibility for the day to day deliverables of your team.  

You will critique the impact of programmatic activity on actual business outcomes for your account ensuring this meets the clients short and mid-term programmatic strategy. Building a relationship with your client through face to face meets.

As the fastest growing digital channel for the agency you’ll be joining a team at the forefront of innovation within the programmatic space. The team has doubled in size throughout 2018, largely due to the team being made up of transparent and technology agnostic grouping of talented specialists on the team.

You’ll have access to a multitude of training programmes joining this leading agency but being within the programmatic team opens even more opportunities. Whilst you won’t be aligned to any single piece of technology, you’ll be upskilled in many.

What we’re looking for you to demonstrate is:

  • 2 years+ experience in hands on Programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in relevant software like DV360 and Mediamath.
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members.
  • Good communication skills.
