AXA Partners have a great fixed term opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Redhill.

You will be supporting the team in managing the on-boarding and the potential tender processes for new and existing partnerships. Robust project management support will ensure seamless integration into the business resulting in optimum service to all stakeholders and to Partners. You could be involved in other business priority projects.

Working Patterns: 9-5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Qualifications

What will I be doing?

As a Project Coordinator, your main duties will be to;

Support the Project Managers in the end to end implementation process from confirmation of securing the contract through to post launch using Prince 2 methodology

*

Providing the Global On-Boarding team in governance, visibility and alignment with Sector and Geographies

*

Support in maintaining the framework for on-boarding with Geographies, including reinsurance

*

Involvement in projects across the Travel Business Line as representative for the team, e.g. IDD

*

Contributing and assisting the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the project processes and governance

*

Leading work streams or projects on behalf of the team

*

AXA Partners’ commercial development is under the responsibility of the Chief sales and distribution Officer (CSDO). To achieve AXA Partners’ growth target, the CSDO relies on a geographical sales organization with each geographical CEO being locally responsible for the sales targets. In addition, various “sectors” teams (one per industry) report to the CSDO to provide AXA Partners with industry specific knowledge and targeted value proposals. The central business development support team (BDS) is responsible for sales monitoring, coordination of global request for proposals, and support to our partners’ distribution networks.

Products and services are managed and operated on a global basis by AXA Partners’ business units. Business units are structured by product range, covering both the technical (pricing/underwriting) and the transformation (operations) dimensions.

To match the Group structure, AXA Partners developed a protection business unit (all ex-CLP products such as CPI, PPI, protection, etc.), a health business unit and a P&C business unit, covering four units: home (home emergency, direct repairs); gadget insurance (smartphone, home appliances, and extended warranty); car (motor insurance, roadside assistance, mechanical breakdown); travel (travel insurance and assistance).
