looking for a Project Management Officer to join our Team in Redhill.
You will primarily provide project support to the Implementation Project
Manager in the smooth implementation of both New Business and Operational
Efficiency projects. A successful PMO will support through project management
of New Implementations and Strategic Projects; the setup and maintenance of
Telephony; the creation of training documentation; the mapping of key process
flows; and acting as operational contact in the delivery of new

Manage the end to end implementation process for allocated projects from
confirmation of securing a contract through to the post launch of the product
with operational teams globally
Work proactively with all stakeholders both internal and external to
ensure expert project delivery
Manage projects through their total lifecycle, from initial
conceptualisation to successful completion, including management of budgets,
resources, task allocation, compliance-checking, buy-in, communication,
revisions, presentation, launch, and post implementation reviews
Creating and updating relevant documents, information schedules,
procedures and templates
Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of relevant risk, issues
and lessons learnt logs
Co-ordinate the set up all customer channels of communication including
telephony and email
Arranging and attending meetings with the business to update and support
creation and build of project plans to ensure smooth delivery of implementation
Supporting delivery of IT work packages relevant to projects in
collaboration with the Liberty (AXA TRAVEL IT System) Product Manager
Co-ordinating the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and
co-ordinating sign off of SOPs with compliance and legal teams
Support training and operations teams in the build of training packs to
raise awareness of projects and implications
Ensuring that any requested progress reports are delivered to timetable
Attending implementation project and business meetings as required
Support the successful delivery of project workstreams through effective
facilitation, tracking and reporting.
Ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant,
standardised, accurate and complete
Gather project data and information for management review and support
Actively identify opportunities to impact on achievement of business
goals and improve existing processes and standards. Drive through improvement
Supply additional business analysis when required to support strategic
Ensure that regular reporting requirements are met
Create high quality templates and processes that can be utilised by the
local and international teams
Complete any other ad
hoc activities as required from time to time
Excellent organisational skills; effective and efficient use of time and resources in order to meet all deadlines and deliver quality results
Ability to effectively communicate –written and verbally – to an excellent standard and excellent interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues
