We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, Client Screening, Process & Change Management to join our team in London.

As the Project Manager for Client Screening you will be responsible for the delivery of technology, operational and process changes that are required to implement a strategic client screening capability within the Corporate Bank. You will also perform the role of Product Owner Delegate for the Head of Client Screening & On-boarding team. The role holder will be the conduit between the business users and IT and you will ensure the functional and operational requirements set out by the business are successfully delivered by internal and external delivery teams.

The wider financial crime transformation programme, within which you will contribute, aims to deliver the front to back strategic implementation, technology and associated operating model changes, of strategic transaction monitoring and screening capabilities for Santander Corporate Bank UK into the Financial Crime Control (FCC) organisation.

As a Project Manager, Client Screening, Process & Change Management your main responsibilities will be

* Establishing appropriate project governance arrangements, including the identification of accountable stakeholders and their associated responsibilities within the project.

* Identifying, analysing, communicating and managing all interdependencies including any external dependencies to ensure project success.

* Monitoring and periodically reporting the progress of your assigned projects to relevant FCC.

* Reviewing the functional specification documentation issued by internal technology teams or third party vendors to ensure those specifications capture the business requirements appropriately; ensuring there is traceability from business requirement, to functional specifications through to UAT test script(s) and operational procedures.

* Contributing to the target state operating model supporting the business to determine organisation structure and roles and responsibilities ensure the client screening technology that is delivered is aligned to the operating processes.

* Assisting and where necessary leading the production of operating process and procedures that support the new technology and operating model.

* Providing business analysis expertise, data and process analysis, and execute the migration from legacy client screening technologies to strategic platforms.

Minimum skills and experience required

* Extensive experience of delivering financial crime operating and technology solutions (NetReveal, Actimize or similar) in a corporate/investment banking environment.

* Strong business analysis, testing (SIT, OAT and UAT) and solution delivery skills in various methodologies (waterfall, agile etc) with strong grounding in target operating model and technology disciplines.

* Confident communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally. Ability to articulate and communicate to colleagues the Corporate Bank on key updates, issues, and developments.

* Understanding and experience of working with Corporate Bank asset classes, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, FX etc.

Knowledge of typical Corporate Banking Systems Architecture
