We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, Financial Crime, Process & Change Management to join our team in London.

As the Project Manager, Financial Crime within Process & Change Management you will be responsible for a programme of work that will deliver the front to back implementation, technology and any associated changes to the operating model of strategic monitoring and screening capabilities for Santander Corporate Bank UK.

You will lead, direct and support a team of internal business, change and technology resources, third party suppliers and external SME resources to ensure the successful delivery and evolution of the Bank’s chosen strategic platform, into the first line operations, line one and line two financial crime control (FCC) organisation.

As a Project Manager, Financial Crime, Process & Change Management your main responsibilities will be

* Designing, establishing and maintaining the programmes and individual project’s governance arrangements, including the identification of accountable stakeholders and their associated responsibilities within the programme.

* Documenting the test strategy, encompassing all technologies and operating processes through SIT, OAT and UAT test cycles.

* Executing the agreed test scripts in collaboration with the business, third party vendors and internal technology teams.

* Identifying, analysing and communicating all interdependencies between the different projects/work streams in the programme, including any external dependencies and how they will be managed.

* Monitor and periodically report the progress of the programme/project to relevant FCC governance.

Minimum skills and experience required

* Extensive experience of delivering financial crime operating and technology solutions (NetReveal, Actimize or similar) in a corporate/investment banking environment.

* Strong test management and solution delivery skills in various methodologies (waterfall, agile etc).

* Confident communicator, with excellent stakeholder management, strong influencing skills and ability to build commitment to defined strategies and approaches.

* Understanding and experience of working with Corporate Bank asset classes, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, FX etc.
