Leeds Building Society is looking for an Project Manager: Office Relocation. You will be based at our Head Office in the heart of Leeds city centre.

What is the main purpose of the role?

The Project Manager: Office Relocation is responsible for the effective management of change projects relating to the Head Office Relocation, Business Readiness work stream, utilising and with full adherence to the Society's Change Management Methodology. You will also be responsible for establishing, communicating and mitigating the associated risks, issues and dependencies of all projects within agreed remit. Proactively manage all stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive successful project execution and delivery.

Do you have the essential skills and experience for this role?

* APMQ qualified or relevant project management qualification

* Significant Project Management experience

* Experienced in successful delivery of large scale office moves and business readiness

* Excellent organisational and planning skills

* Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level

* Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels across the Society

* Risk and issue identification and management knowledge

* Excellent motivational skills
