You will manage the day to day promotional activity for the company. You will be working closely with all internal departments to ensure maximum effectiveness of each promotion. This will includes ensuring all promotional campaigns are successfully executed, from signing off to the execution of the promotion going live.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the promotional planning process for the assigned region in conjunction with the relevant departments to drive sales and marketing objectives.
- Create the activation plan (Social Media, Communication, Creative, PR, etc.) with relevant parties for the company inline with the monthly theme and regional priorities
- Working with the supply and operations team to manage product availability demand and forecast.
- Work with the global product and marketing teams to create the most relevant portfolio for the company
- Working with the field teams to understand regional insights to drive excellence in execution
- Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and outlining recommendations to help with future planning.

Key Attributes/Skills background profile

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the sales and promotional planning. Wider marketing awareness will also be useful.
- Experience in creating and managing promotions.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for detail.
- Ability to demonstrate effective project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Must be able to multi-task, organised and capable of working independently to set deadlines and show pro-activity in their approach.
- Keen for further development within the role.
- Flexible and ability to stay calm under pressure.
