An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Proposals Manager to join a leading international legal firm based in their London office to provide support to the Corporate partners in London as well as other partners in the EMEA region on strategic proposals.

This is a high profile role that will allow you to influence and motivate partners, whilst providing a platform to help drive the implementation of the firm's strategy, drive growth and support client targeting activities across the EMEA region. The Proposals Manager (Corporate) will report jointly to the Global Head of Proposals and the Associate Director of Business Development EMEA Corporate and will lead in the creation of compelling responses to RFPs for complex, cross-border and high value matters across EMEA from the world's largest financial institutions, sponsors and corporations, as well as help in the implementation of a range of strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for actively facilitating the sharing of information and development of best practice with practice development and marketing colleagues across the firm's network and will work with the relevant global BD teams and the BD and Marketing Operations team to ensure content in the firm's proposal management system is current, relevant and in an approved style.

With a strong academic record, you will have four or more years' previous relevant experience working within a professional services environment, ideally law. The Proposals Manager will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organisational and research skills, together with a proven ability to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects and deliver under pressure. The ability to convey departmental procedures and objectives in a professional and tactful manner will be key.
