My client is one of the top loyalty businesses in the UK. They have an international reach, they serve a number of international brands across multiple verticals. I'm looking to recruit a propositions lead to drive their loyalty products forwards, who'll predominately face in to their international airline partners.
The remit for this role is varied but the aspiration and mandate are clear and the business is hungry for the opportunities that this will bring. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact both to their brands and loyalty programmes - and add measurable value to a growing business.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a holistic understanding of creating highly valuable and yet profitable customer propositions. Working with airlines is an advantage but not a pre-requisite and it was also be highly advantageous if you can demonstrate a track record working with multiple stakeholders across a range of regions.
