Working with big name brands in the retail, pharmaceutical, leisure and tourism sectors, you will contribute towards the design and management of qualitative research programmes and also have the opportunity to partner with quantitative experts to combine data and draw insight to create impactful strategies. These studies are centred around exploring customer experience and really getting under the skin of consumer motivations and key drivers of brand success.
What will the ideal candidate look like? You’ll ideally already have had some prior experience of qualitative research techniques, and may have even conducted depth interviews yourself and observed focus groups. A personal interest in brands is essential, and you’ll likely have some professional brand development experience under your belt. You’ll feel at home in a buzzy, innovative and creative environment and you will thrive on fostering strong and strategic relationships with a diverse client base.
