Working with big name brands in the retail, pharmaceutical, leisure and tourism sectors, you will design and manage qualitative research programmes and also have the opportunity to partner with quantitative experts to combine data and draw insight to create impactful strategies. These studies are centred around exploring customer experience and really getting under the skin of consumer motivations and key drivers of brand success.
What will the ideal candidate look like? You’ll be well versed in utilising a range of qualitative research techniques, and be comfortable running groups and depths. A personal interest in brands is essential, and you’ll likely have some professional brand development experience under your belt. You’ll feel at home in a buzzy, innovative and creative environment and you will thrive on fostering strong and strategic relationships with a diverse client base.
