Our client is an outstanding research consultancy, they are second-to-none when it comes to offering fully integrated a quantitative and qualitative approach, ensuring the most innovative methods (e.g., gaming) are used to provide rich consumer insight and actionable solutions. As they keep growing so is their need for a Research Manager.
They focus on a range of sectors including FMCG, Media and Retail with a variety of projects, this gives the researchers the freedom to enjoy working across an array of studies, ensuring that no two days are the same. In terms of project types, they are best-known for their specialist research into concept testing, innovation, customer experience/tracking and online communities. This is a medium sized firm where ideas are encouraged.
As a Research Manager, you will be highly involved in client contact and more general account management duties. You will have deep exposure to all research techniques and will use your expertise to advise best practice in research, liaising with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external clients. You will have great exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research, from an agency environment.
