Quantitative Senior Research Executive
This role sits within an Insight team which is part of an established Marketing & Media agency. They provide a range of services across the in entertainment, family, youth and kids space. They are a really sociable bunch and have a relaxed working vibe but really take what they do seriously. The team works across qual/quant on and offline as well as development of communities in these specialist areas. They then use the findings from this research to support stakeholders and clients through realistic and actionable insight recommendations.

They are looking for people with lots of initiative, who are keen to work in a fast paced company and ready for a challenge. You need to be up for getting hands dirty in data analysis and can manipulate and understand how to do segmentations. If you have decipher experience or can use Q analysis tool that would be amazing.
This role has a lot of variety where your focus will be on ensuring high quality execution of projects and daily liaison with clients. You will work on a range of quantitative projects and provide support on qualitative studies, working closely with clients to uncover key research issues.
You will be responsible for key stages of the process, from planning, to data collection, data analysis and debriefing, requiring both strong project management and client skills.
You will need to have experience of client side research analysis or full-service market research experience, project managing and playing key part in data analysis. Strong report-writing skills and the ability to create a story with minimal support as well as being confident in presenting to senior level clients, is essential.
You will also need to be able to manage several projects, design questionnaires and create interesting stories from data and be able to think strategically, turning insights into actionable business recommendations for their clients.
There may also be an opportunity for international travel.
