An exciting Regional Marketing opportunity working as part of a world-class recruiting service for the British Army.
About the role
As a Regional Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and driving all regional attraction and marketing activities with an aim to increase Army recruitment figures.
You will be an aspiring marketing professional who is very ambitious and always pushing to create, build and deliver marketing plans through a mix of communications channels. Your aim will be to generate exposure at both regional and national levels whilst raising awareness of the wide range of careers available to any individual within the Army.
You will have the confidence to operate across a busy team and have the skills to manage a variety of tasks, which will include regional travel to meet and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
For this role, your working location will be Nottingham, but you will cover all regional activity for the East of England and London.

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP) is part of Capita plc, the UK's leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions, with 68,000 staff across the UK, Europe, South Africa and India.
Since March 2012, Capita has been working with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) in a partnering arrangement with the armed forces to deliver recruitment services for the Army. The project represents a major investment in the transformation for military recruiting.
The contract covers the entire recruiting and selection process for both the Regular Army and the TA, and is helping transform the way the Army recruits its officers and soldiers.
What you will do:
Develop and execute the Regional Attraction Plan in line with the RPP Marketing Strategy and plan and regional requirements
Amplification of national campaigns at regional and local level and management of the regional marketing budget
Drive engagement activities and campaigns to increase awareness of Army recruitment opportunities and encourage action
Coordinate and support all marketing and PR activities within the region
Act as the Regional Point of Contact for all marketing, attraction issues and opportunities
Stakeholder liaison and communication to ensure internal buy-in to plans and activity
Your experience will include:
* Experience of working across traditional and digital channels
* Experience of planning, managing and evaluating marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to stakeholder audiences at all levels
* Self-starter with ambition able to demonstrate value add in a team based environment
* Knowledge of the Army is advantageous
* CIM/ IDM qualifications an advantage, or a willingness to develop professional qualifica
