The Role -

This is a new role within the London office of this growing Vienna-headquartered technology business. The London office which was set up a few years ago now has 5 permanent members of staff (35-40 across the company) and is looking to grow further still in 2019.

The Regional Marketing Lead will report to the UK MD. The Regional Marketing Lead will take full ownership of the UK + Ireland marketing activities, driving MQLs to the sales team. This is a full mix role, creating engaging content (whitepapers, thought-leadership, blogs etc) and running fully integrated digital marketing campaigns - SEO, PPC, website, email automation via Pardot and Salesforce. This is a key and important hire for the business and a fantastic opportunity for someone to make an impact and put their stamp on a growing organisation.

Day to day responsibilities for the position of Regional Marketing Lead include:

  • Creating and implementing the regional marketing strategy
  • Building and developing new and existing personas to ensure highly tailored content and customer journeys
  • Responsible for company communications and corporate branding within region
  • Creating, curating and commissioning multi format content pieces to be used at different stages of the sales cycle (Prospect - Awareness, Consideration, Decision Making, Client, Retention, Up-sell, Advocacy)
  • Optimising recently acquired marketing technologies - Pardot and Salesforce
  • Working closely together with sales
  • Analysing and reporting on marketing executives

Requirements for the position of Regional Marketing Lead include:

  • 4 years + of working in a commercial B2B marketing role
  • Worked in a business that has a complex sales cycle
  • Previous experience of working in a start-up/scale-up
  • Experience of working in a technology provider
  • Strong content creation skills
  • Being a data-driven, commercial marketer
  • Experience of utilising marketing automation tools

The package of the role -

  • £35,000-40,000
  • Up to 15-20% Bonus structure
  • Travel paid
  • Plus, other generous benefits
