manage the South England.

allocated geographical region.

resources is harnessed and delivers more than competitors in the marketplace.

the business Leadership team responsible for owning the UK business plan and

Key areas of responsibility:
regional sales growth targets through CREDO based leadership of the regional
and maintaining a highly effective diverse sales team environment that
encourages performance excellence, retains top talent and leads to personal and

appropriate use of sales force effectiveness methodology and performance &

Skills and competencies required:

& Experience Required:
track record in selling/marketing, preferably within a surgical/theatre
knowledge of the NHS.

knowledge of the NHS, hospital environment and medical device industry.
track record with buying groups and procurement managers.
