We have a great opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join our Financial Crime team in our Milton Keynes office.
The Reporting Analyst will work closely with the FC Operations Control and Governance Reporting Manager, supporting delivery of effective reporting to Senior Management in line with the FC Reporting framework. Also reviewing MI produced across the business, managing FC risks, identifying trends and high risk issues.

As a Reporting Analyst your main responsibilities will be
* Producing financial crime related information, as required, for senior management committees, senior governance forums and Group committees and forums. The reporting will include trend analysis, forecasting and actionable insights.
* Producing and distributing MI reports to senior stakeholders; presenting key risk indicators.
* Reviewing MI produced by stakeholders across the business to manage financial crime risks, including identification of trends and high risk issues. Working with the Reporting Manager to support the highest quality reporting and escalating issues when needed.
* When required, supporting the coordination of Business Corporate Plans and Employee Opinion Surveys and collating the data to provide action plans across the business.
* Providing support to the wider Ops Control and Governance team as required.
Minimum skills and experience required
* Experience in a metrics and reporting role, ideally within a Financial Crime context.
* Sound working knowledge across Financial Crime (Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery and Corruption).
* Proven analytical skillset.
* Experience of working in the Financial Services industry; either directly or through a provider of services to Financial Services clients.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
