I’d describe this company as an exciting and prosperous environment where anything is possible! They are currently seeking a self-motivated Research Analyst to work on a wide variety of top tier projects across a variety of areas for their Healthcare and Medical Devices clients.
With consultants across the globe and a new head office in London you will be sure to be joining a lively and well networked team of highly consultative experts who are both welcoming and supportive. They will be looking for likeminded individuals who see themselves as real self-starters, have a fair and consultative approach and those that are willing to go the extra mile to help clients realise and implement the opportunities and outcomes from each research project.
They have a track record of successfully punching above their weight, competing against some much larger companies. With their more agile and efficient structure, which includes bigger profit margins, they are able to pass these successes onto employees through their benefits and bonus structure.
Your role will involve management of both primary and secondary research. This will involve designing strategies and implementing plans to collect, manipulate and interpret data from a range of sources. You will be conducting research of key trends, analysing and interpreting research findings, sharing these insights and results in both written and presentation format in persuasive reports and presentations to clients. You be also creating and maintaining project timetables, project plans, quality control practices and procedures.
You should be business savvy, well organised, an excellent communicator who constantly explores and analyses future scenarios and possibilities. You will need to be resilient, determined, able to make quality, long and short-term decisions at pace and energised by new and unfamiliar situations, being able to quickly adapt and engage networks to get stuff done.
Experience of data analysis, packaging and presenting ideas, ability to be objective, analytical and impartial with the ability to work to tight timelines, having advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word are required.
A relevant degree (or equivalent) or years of experience in a similar role working in a global organisation or consultancy is preferable (biopharma, healthcare or consulting is a plus). Having foreign language skills is a bonus.
In return our client offers career progression with many directions your career can move in and even an international move. They are able to offer loads of flexible working options so you can still enjoy your out of work life.
