The Co-operative Bank is a UK-wide provider of financial services, giving award-winning levels of customer service to millions of retail and business customers across the UK. We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Reward Analyst to provide the vital insight and analysis we need to make informed decisions and deliver a variety of innovative projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your Reward expertise and be part of a team looking to transform the way we provide reward solutions to attract, retain and grow talent. You’ll have opportunity to be involved in the full spectrum of Reward and deliver a range of high quality management information, analytics and data insights as part of our team.

A logical thinker with specialist expertise using Excel spreadsheets, experience in database capability, modelling and analysis. Ideally from a HR or people data background with strong relationship building skills, you will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to present your insight and recommendations.

You will ideally possess a knowledge of a number of reward practices e.g. performance related pay, job evaluation, market data submissions or employee benefits as well as an understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks around Reward management.
