Sky Business is the business-to-business division of Sky. Sky Business provides commercial customers in the UK and Ireland with comprehensive multi-channel television services across a wide variety of businesses. These include pubs, clubs, bookmakers, hotels, offices, gyms, shops, care homes, golf clubs and oil rigs.

Key responsibilities

- Generate strong sales leads by consulting with prospective customers and matching our relevant products to their needs.

- Make Outbound calls and receive inbound calls to from prospects, with the target of converting each lead into a sale

- Conduct proactive retention initiatives on target segments to ensure our existing customer base are making the most of our product

- Follow up warm leads in a timely manner

- Processing contracts when a sale is agreed

- Set pricing structure with flexibility to negotiate if needed

- Sky Brand Ambassador, reflecting our values and ethos in every touch point

- Demonstrate key negotiation skills, particularly objection handling

- Look for a creative solution to the prospect's objections, by tailoring the package to their needs

Your skills

- Tenacious self-starter, motivated by individual success

- Target driven, taking pride in on just achieving but exceeding said targets

- Confident and outgoing. You will have great communication skills and hold confidence in both yourself and your products

- Numerate. You will be comfortable with numbers and percentages

- A strong understanding of sport

- Able to manage & influence internal & external stakeholders across a number of different levels
