The company is growing and has exciting new market offerings with its existing products and also new products that are ready for market, to meet the evolving needs of the industries in which it sells. It is looking an experienced senior Sales and Account Managers to develop new business and to manage new accounts.
What you will do?
The role of Sales& Account Manager is an important leading commercial position, requiring a progressive thinking approach to managing a broad range of activities in strategic thinking, business forecasting and development, solution selling, commercial negotiation, and contractual assurance.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent industry specific knowledge. They will have specific experience of complex solution selling, spanning large scale/enterprise level software licence sales along with the associated implementation, support and managed services.
The successful candidates will be expected to hit the ground running, working closely with marketing and business development teams to identify market opportunities, define the market approach and determine and implement a sales plan and campaign to win new business. Candidates will be expected to have experience in generating leads for new sales and also responding through large scale procurement processes such as ITTs and other forms of procurement vehicle.
On-going, the role will operate and maintain the prescribed processes and procedures to ensure the company gains maximum commercial advantage from all work activities.
Is this the role for you?
Experience of working within the Utilities or Energy Sectors
Experience of complex solution selling at an enterprise level to large organisations
Experience of selling software products with associated, implementation services, support and managed services
Proven success in direct sales and /or account management including:
Selling large scale complex enterprise scale solutions:
Account planning and management of large clients
Building of strong customer/prospect relationships, operating at Director level within client organisations
