About the Team:

Digital Commerce is one of the four Digital business units within Telefonica UK. Our role is to help our business customers know, engage, sell and serve their consumer customers smarter via services such as O2 Wifi, Smart Steps (working with TDI) and Interactive Messaging. We generate close to £100m revenue a year and are tasked with delivering double-digit growth. Can you help us grow our business lines further?

Your Role:

In this role you`ll be focused on supporting the account management teams who look after Wifi, SMS and Payments and you`ll work closely with our 3 heads of sales, as well as the Head of Commerce Sales, giving them first class support to create a winning team. You`ll look after the administration of targets and commission as well as overseeing the billing function for the team and own the groups reporting as well as being the go to person for customer issues.


-Administrative and operational tasks such as:Raising credits, resolving queries, billing disputes and contract administration

-Help to make key recommendations for process improvement across all areas, working as part of a virtual team to help address and introduce changes to the benefit of customer, partner and Telefonica

-Maintain an accurate, comprehensive account management database, including account plans for all wifi account

Skills & experience:

-Excellent communication and organisational skills

-Excel skills

-Digital Media, mobile, and online knowledge

-Self-motivated and enthusiastic

-Able to demonstrate an ability to work to and achieve deadlines

-Able to deal with complex end to end process

Passion and commitment for all things digital

-Good to have- working knowledge of our systems such as DISE and Sales Force

Grade: MPG4
